Shipping

All orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours except on weekends. Next day, 2nd day, 3 day select air service does not include weekends.You will be emailed, upon shipment, with tracking information. You can always contact us for your order status.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). It is important that you return everything in its original packaging.

For opened items which can't be resold as new we will give you store credit for the price of the product minus initial shipping fees with a 20% restocking fee.
